Jennifer Cahill
Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern & Coach

I believe that we heal through connection and that change is possible. As a strength-based, collaborative therapist, I meet my clients where they are so that together we can create a personalized path towards healing.

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the dissertation phase of my degree. I hold a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition. As a lifelong learner, I am always motivated to expand my knowledge to support my work with clients. I have obtained certificates in breathwork and meditation, am a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), and have taken continuing education courses in eating disorder treatment and psychedelic integration.

My areas of specialization include body image issues and eating disorders. I help my clients reconnect with their bodies, cultivate a sense of self-compassion, and develop self-acceptance. As a relational therapist, I also work with youth and their families, as well as couples.

My research as a Ph.D. student in family therapy has focused on innovative trauma treatments, especially the therapeutic use of psychedelics. I have extensive training in psychedelic integration, which enables me to support my clients in preparing for their psychedelic journey and integrating their experience afterward. This rich and meaningful process of preparation and integration helps clients make meaning of their experiences in order to access powerful therapeutic growth and deep healing.

I’m excited to share my unique therapeutic approach with you and support you on your journey.
